Biography of Archibald Rowlands

Archibald Rowlands (* 26. December 1892 in Penarth; † 18. August 1953) was a british civil servant. He was 60 years old. His education included Jesus College, University of Wales and Stanwell School. His awards include Member of the Order of the British Empire and Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath.
