Biography of Arima Ryokitsu

Arima Ryokitsu (* 16. December 1861 in Wakayama; † 1. May 1944 in Tokyo) was a japanischer Militär. He was 82 years old. His education included Naval War College and Imperial Japanese Naval Academy. His awards include Order of the Rising Sun, 1st class and Order of the Rising Sun with Paulownia Flowers, 1st class.
