Biography of Arkady Mikhaylov

Arkady Mikhaylov (* 24. September 1925 in Ilzho; † 17. January 2015) was a politician. He was 89 years old. He studied at Saint Petersburg State University of Water Communications. He received 5 awards, including Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 4th class, Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class.
