Aser Rsajew (* 15. July 1930 in Baku; † 14. December 2015 in Baku) was a sowjetischer bzw. aserbaidschanischer Komponist und Hochschullehrer. He was 85 years old. He studied at Baku Academy of Music. He received 6 awards, including Shohrat Order, People's Artiste of the Azerbaijan SSR. He was buried at II Alley of Honor.
