Atle Selberg (* June 14, 1917 in Langesund; † August 6, 2007 in Princeton) was a norwegian mathematician. He was 90 years old. He was married to Hedvig Selberg. He studied at University of Oslo. He received 4 awards, including Fields medal, Gunnerus Medal. His cause of death was heart failure.
