Biography of Auguste Boulanger

Auguste Boulanger (* 4. February 1866 in Lille; † 1. January 1923 in Paris) was a französischer Angewandter Mathematiker und Professor für Mechanik. He was 56 years old. His education included École polytechnique and University of Paris. He worked at Conservatoire national des Arts et Métiers, École polytechnique, Institut industriel du Nord and University of Lille. His awards include Poncelet Prize, Boileau prize and Knight of the Legion of Honour.
