Biography of Augustus George Vernon Harcourt

Augustus George Vernon Harcourt (* 24. December 1834 in London; † 23. August 1919 in Ryde) was a britischer Chemiker. He was 84 years old. He was married to Rachel Mary Bruce. He had at least 8 children (2 sons and 6 daughters). His education included Balliol College, Harrow School and University of Oxford. He worked at Christ Church. He was awarded the Royal Society Bakerian Medal.
