Biography of Barry R. Bloom

Barry R. Bloom (* 13. April 1937 in Philadelphia; † 18. March 2026 in Cambridge) was an american immunologist (1937-). He was 88 years old. His education included The Rockefeller University and Amherst College. He received 5 awards, including Robert Koch Gold Medal, Bristol-Myers Squibb Award for Distinguished Achievement in Infectious Diseases Research.
