Bella Akhmadulina (* 10. April 1937 in Moscow; † 29. November 2010 in Peredelkino) was a soviet and Russian poet, short story writer, and translator. She was 73 years old. She was married to Juri Markowitsch Nagibin and Eldar Kuliev. She studied at Maxim Gorky Literature Institute. She received 6 awards, including USSR State Prize, A. S. Pushkin Award. Her cause of death was cardiovascular disease. She was buried at Novodevichy Cemetery.
