Bernard Herrmann (* 29. June 1911 in New York City; † 24. December 1975 in Los Angeles) was an uS-amerikanischer Komponist. He was 64 years old. He was married to Lucille Fletcher. His education included New York University and DeWitt Clinton High School. His awards include Academy Award for Best Original Dramatic Score, Grammy Awards and Arts and Letters Award in Music. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Beth David Cemetery.
