Biography of Bernard J. Liska

Bernard J. Liska (* 31. May 1931 in Hillsboro; † 11. November 2002 in Houston) was an american food scientist. He was 71 years old. He studied at University of Wisconsin–Madison. He worked at Purdue University and University of Florida. He was awarded the Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists.
