Biography of Bernhard Riemann

Bernhard Riemann (* 17. September 1826 in Jameln; † 20. July 1866 in Verbania) was a deutscher Mathematiker. He was 39 years old. He was married to Elise Koch. His education included University of Göttingen, Frederick William University Berlin, Johanneum Lüneburg and Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gymnasium. He worked at University of Göttingen. His faith was Lutheranism. He was awarded the Foreign Member of the Royal Society. His cause of death was tuberculosis. He was buried at cemetery of Biganzolo.
