Biography of Bob Owens

Bob Owens (* 26. August 1921 in Manchester; † 5. September 1999) was a new Zealand businessman and mayor. He was 78 years old. He was married to Joy Owens. He studied at The Manchester Grammar School. His awards include Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit‎ and Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
