Boris Kabargin (* 10. September 1945 in Rostov-on-Don; † 27. March 2014 in Rostov-on-Don) was a russian sports official. He was 68 years old. He studied at Rostov State Transport University. He received 4 awards, including Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords, Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 1st class. His cause of death was cancer.
