Biography of Carlos Talbott

Carlos Talbott (* 28. January 1920 in Charleston; † 26. February 2015 in Arlington County) was a recipient of the Purple Heart medal. He was 95 years old. His education included United States Army Command and General Staff College, United States Military Academy and Eastern Illinois University. He received 5 awards, including Distinguished Flying Cross, Legionnaire of Legion of Merit.
