Ces Blazey (* 21. July 1909 in Hastings; † 20. February 1998) was a new Zealand insurance company manager, military administrator, sports administrator. He was 88 years old. His education included University of Canterbury and Christchurch Boys' High School. His awards include Commander of the Order of the British Empire, Officer of the Order of the British Empire and Efficiency Decoration.
