Ch'ae Myŏngsin (* 27. November 1926 in Koksan County; † 25. November 2013 in Seoul) was a south Korean military oficer. He was 86 years old. His education included United States Army Command and General Staff College and Korea Military Academy. His faith was Protestantism. He was awarded the Legionnaire of Legion of Merit. He was buried at Seoul National Cemetery.
