Biography of Charles Cumings

Charles Cumings (* 30. March 1904; † 22. July 1981) was a british colonial judge. He was 77 years old. His education included New College, St. Andrew's College and Rhodes University. He worked at Colonial Service and Rhodes University. His awards include Rhodes Scholarship and Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
