Biography of Charles Loewner

Charles Loewner (* 29. May 1893 in Lány; † 8. January 1968 in Stanford) was an uS-amerikanischer Mathematiker. He was 74 years old. His education included Charles University and philosophy faculty of the German university of Prague. He worked at Stanford University, Charles University, German Technical University in Prague, Frederick William University Berlin, University of Cologne, University of Louisville, Brown University and Syracuse University. He was buried at Alta Mesa Memorial Park.
