Biography of Christian Winther

Christian Winther (* 4. July 1873 in Rudkøbing; † 24. February 1968 in Ordrup) was a danish photochemist, professor and text book writer. He was 94 years old. His education included Aarhus Katedralskole and University of Copenhagen. He worked at Den Polytekniske Læreanstalt and Københavns Tandlægehøjskole. He received 4 awards, including The Royal Danish Academy Gold Medal, Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog. He was buried at Lyngby Parkkirkegård.
