Conrad Wilhelm Hase (* 2. October 1818 in Einbeck; † 28. March 1902 in Hanover) was a deutscher Architekt und Hochschullehrer, Gründer der Hannoverschen Architekturschule. He was 83 years old. He was married to Agnes Maria Cornelia Leguinia Babnigg and Ottilie Franziska Annette Amalie Berckelmann. He had at least 3 children (2 sons and 1 daughter). He worked at Leibniz University Hannover. His awards include Order of the Red Eagle 2nd Class and Royal Decoration of the Cross of Merit of the Welfs. He was buried at Engesohde city cemetery.
