Cornell Woolrich (* 4. December 1903 in New York City; † 25. September 1968 in New York City) was an uS-amerikanischer Schriftsteller und Drehbuchautor. He was 64 years old. He studied at Columbia University. His awards include Edgar Awards, Grand Prix de Littérature Policière and Best Crime Novel in Swedish Translation. His cause of death was stroke. He was buried at Ferncliff Cemetery.
