Damba Zhalsarayev (* 5. December 1925 in Dodo-Gol; † 21. January 2002 in Ulan-Ude) was a buryat Soviet poet, writer of the Buryatia anthem. He was 76 years old. He received 8 awards, including Order of Friendship of Peoples, Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
