Biography of David Rittenhouse

David Rittenhouse (* 8. April 1732 in Germantown; † 26. June 1796 in Philadelphia) was an uS-amerikanischer Astronom und Mathematiker, erster Direktor der United States Mint. He was 64 years old. He had at least 2 children (2 daughters). He studied at Rutgers University. His awards include Fellow of the Royal Society and Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He was buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
