Biography of Desmond John Villiers Fitz-Gerald

Desmond John Villiers Fitz-Gerald (* 13. July 1937 in Paddington; † 14. September 2011 in Dublin) was an irish historian and hereditary knight. He was 74 years old. His education included University of British Columbia, Harvard University and Stowe School. He worked at Victoria and Albert Museum and Christie's. His awards include Doctor of Literature (honorary) and Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries.
