Dirk Habbema (* 16. February 1880 in Fort de Kock; † 10. July 1944 in Natzweiler-Struthof concentration camp) was a military officer of the Netherlands Indies. He was 64 years old. He studied at Koninklijke Militaire Academie. His awards include Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau, Expedition Cross with clasp Midden-Sumatra 1903–1907 and Officers' Cross.
