Biography of Donald Solitar

Donald Solitar (* 5. September 1932 in Brooklyn; † 25. April 2008 in Toronto) was a kanadisch-US-amerikanischer Mathematiker. He was 75 years old. His education included New York University, Princeton University, Brooklyn College and Boys High School. He worked at New York University, York University, Adelphi University and New York University Tandon School of Engineering. He was awarded the Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Elgin Hills Cemetery.
