Doris Anderson (* 10. November 1921 in Medicine Hat; † 2. March 2007 in St. Michael's Hospital) was a kanadische Herausgeberin, Journalistin und Romancière. She was 85 years old. Her education included University of Alberta, Crescent Heights High School and Mount Royal University. Her awards include Companion of the Order of Canada, Order of Ontario and Governor General's Award in Commemoration of the Persons Case. Her cause of death was pulmonary fibrosis.
