Biography of Dorothy DeLay

Dorothy DeLay (* 31. March 1917 in Medicine Lodge; † 24. March 2002 in New York City) was an uS-amerikanische Violinistin und Violinpädagogin. She was 84 years old. Her education included Juilliard School and Michigan State University. She worked at Juilliard School, University of Cincinnati and New England Conservatory. Her awards include National Medal of Arts and honorary doctorate from Brown University. Her cause of death was cancer.
