Biography of Dorothy Height

Dorothy Height (* 24. March 1912 in Richmond; † 20. April 2010 in Howard University Hospital) was an american activist. She was 98 years old. Her education included Columbia University, New York University, Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development and Columbia University School of Social Work. She received 10 awards, including Spingarn Medal, Presidential Citizens Medal. She was buried at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
