Biography of Dorothy Wedderburn

Dorothy Wedderburn (* 18. September 1925 in Walthamstow; † 20. September 2012 in London) was a britische Soziologin und Hochschullehrerin. She was 87 years old. She was married to Bill Wedderburn, Baron Wedderburn of Charlton. Her education included Girton College and Walthamstow School for Girls. She worked at Imperial College London, Bedford College and Royal Holloway, University of London. She was awarded the honorary doctorate from the University of Cambridge.
