Biography of Douglas Trumbull

Douglas Trumbull (* 8. April 1942 in Los Angeles; † 7. February 2022 in Albany) was an american film director, special effects designer. He was 79 years old. He studied at El Camino College. His awards include Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame, Time Machine Award and Progress Medal (SMPTE). His cause of death was mesothelioma.
