Earl E. Anderson (* 24. June 1919 in Morgantown; † 12. November 2015 in Bethesda) was an assistant Commandant of the United States Marine Corps. He was 96 years old. His education included George Washington University, West Virginia University, Morgantown High School and United States Army War College. He received 5 awards, including Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star Medal. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
