Edgar F. Codd (* August 19, 1923 in Isle of Portland; † April 18, 2003 in Aventura) was an english computer scientist. He was 79 years old. His education included Exeter College, University of Michigan and Poole Grammar School. He received 4 awards, including Turing Award, IBM Fellow. His cause of death was myocardial infarction.
