Biography of Edith Ronne

Edith Ronne (* 13. October 1919 in Baltimore; † 14. June 2009 in Bethesda) was an american explorer. She was 89 years old. She was married to Finn Ronne. Her education included College of Wooster and George Washington University. She was awarded the Society of Woman Geographers Outstanding Achievement Award. Her cause of death was Alzheimer's disease. She was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
