Eduards Volters (* 6. March 1856 in Āgenskalns; † 14. December 1941 in Kaunas) was a baltic German ethnologist, philologist, librarian, archaeologist and ethnographer. He was 85 years old. His education included гісторыка-філалагічны ўніверсітэт Імператарскага Харкаўскага ўніверсітэта and Imperial University of Dorpat. He worked at Saint Petersburg State University, Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas City Museum and Library of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
