Edward Hammond Clarke (* 2. February 1820 in Norton; † 30. November 1877 in Boston) was an american physician. He was 57 years old. His education included Harvard College, Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Medical School. He worked at Harvard Medical School. His cause of death was intestinal cancer.
