Eggert Møller (* 23. October 1893 in Copenhagen; † 6. February 1978 in Hellerup) was a danish physician and professor. He was 84 years old. He studied at Metropolitanskolen. He worked at University of Copenhagen, Finseninstitutet and Rigshospitalet. His awards include Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog, Knight of the 1st Class of the Order of the Dannebrog and commander of the Order of the Dannebrog. He was buried at Ordrup Cemetery.
