Eldred Pottinger (* 12. August 1811 in County Down; † 15. November 1843 in Hong Kong) was a britischer Militärdiplomat. He was 32 years old. He studied at Addiscombe Military Seminary. He was awarded the Companion of the Order of the Bath. He was buried at St. Thomas Cathedral, Mumbai.
