Biography of Elizabeth Bowen

Elizabeth Bowen (* 7. June 1899 in Dublin; † 22. February 1973 in London) was an irische Schriftstellerin. She was 73 years old. Her education included University of Oxford and Downe House. Her awards include Rome Prize, Commander of the Order of the British Empire and James Tait Black Memorial Prize. Her cause of death was lung cancer. She was buried at Cork.
