Biography of Elsie Tu

Elsie Tu (* 2. June 1913 in Newcastle upon Tyne; † 8. December 2015 in Kwun Tong) was a britische bzw. Hongkong-chinesische Politikerin und Sozialaktivistin. She was 102 years old. She was married to Andrew Hsueh-kwei Tu. Her education included Durham University and Heaton Secondary School. She received 6 awards, including Grand Bauhinia Medal, Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
