Biography of Emil Leon Post

Emil Leon Post (* 11. February 1897 in Augustów; † 21. April 1954 in New York City) was a polnisch-US-amerikanischer Mathematiker und Logiker. He was 57 years old. His education included Columbia University, Townsend Harris High School and City College of New York. He worked at City College of New York, Princeton University, Columbia University, Cornell University and George Washington Educational Campus. He was buried at Mount Hebron Cemetery.
