Biography of Emma Seifrit Weigley

Emma Seifrit Weigley (* 27. January 1933 in Reading; † 18. April 2020 in Philadelphia) was an american nutritionist, biographer of Sarah Tyson Rorer. She was 87 years old. She was married to Russell F. Weigley. Her education included Reading Senior High School, Albright College and New York University. She worked at Drexel University and University of Pennsylvania. Her faith was Unitarianism. Her cause of death was COVID-19.
