Biography of Ernest J. Briskey

Ernest J. Briskey (* 1. January 1930; † 1. January 2006) was an american food scientist. He was 76 years old. His education included University of Wisconsin–Madison and Ohio State University. He worked at University of Wisconsin–Madison and Oregon State University. He was awarded the Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists. His cause of death was leukemia.
