Biography of Ernest Mandel

Ernest Mandel (* 5. April 1923 in Frankfurt; † 20. July 1995 in Brussels metropolitan area) was a marxistischer Ökonom, Theoretiker und Führer der Vierten Internationale. He was 72 years old. His education included Freie Universität Berlin and École pratique des hautes études. He worked at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Père Lachaise Cemetery.
