Biography of Ernesto Cesàro

Ernesto Cesàro (* 12. March 1859 in Naples; † 12. September 1906 in Torre Annunziata) was an italienischer Mathematiker. He was 47 years old. He worked at University of Palermo, University of Naples Federico II and Sapienza University of Rome. He was awarded the Mathematical Prize of the Italian Academy of Sciences. His cause of death was drowning. He was buried at cimetière communale de Torre Annunziata.
