Biography of Ernst Witt

Ernst Witt (* 26. June 1911 in Als; † 3. July 1991 in Hamburg) was a deutscher Mathematiker. He was 80 years old. He was married to Erna Witt. His education included University of Göttingen and University of Freiburg. He worked at University of Hamburg, University of Göttingen and Wehrmacht. He was buried at Nienstedten Cemetery.
