Biography of Ethel Shakespear

Ethel Shakespear (* 17. July 1871 in Bedford; † 17. January 1946) was an english geologist, public servant and philanthropist. She was 74 years old. Her education included Bedford High School for Girls, Newnham College and University of Birmingham. She worked at University of Birmingham and Mason Science College. She received 5 awards, including Wollaston Fund, Member of the Order of the British Empire. Her cause of death was cancer.
