Biography of Ettore Pais

Ettore Pais (* 27. July 1856 in Borgo San Dalmazzo; † 28. March 1939 in Rome) was an italienischer Althistoriker und Klassischer Archäologe. He was 82 years old. He studied at University of Florence. He worked at University of Paris, University of Pisa, Sapienza University of Rome, University of Palermo and University of Naples Federico II. His awards include Gautieri Award and doctor honoris causa from the University of Paris.
