Biography of Eugène Cosserat

Eugène Cosserat (* 4. March 1866 in Amiens; † 31. May 1931 in Toulouse) was a französischer Mathematiker und Astronom. He was 65 years old. He studied at École Normale Supérieure. He worked at University of Toulouse (1896-1968) and Toulouse Observatory. His awards include Poncelet Prize and Knight of the Legion of Honour.
